- We assess your home first. We start with an in-home assessment to size the right system for your home. It is not a generic swap of old for new.
- You see your options. We walk you through the options at different price points and explain the tradeoffs in plain language.
- We install it, usually in one day. Installation typically takes a single day, carried out by licensed gas technicians.
- We clean up and take the old furnace away. We haul away the old equipment, packaging and debris.

Furnace package
A two-stage, 97% efficient Bryant furnace with a Bryant-branded ecobee smart thermostat. The thermostat lets us monitor your furnace for faults, which is another layer of peace of mind.
Furnace and clean air package
Everything in the furnace package, plus a high-efficiency filter cabinet with a MERV 11 pleated filter. It protects the air you breathe and the furnace you have invested in.
Whole-home comfort package
